Megan Greenberg is the manager of professional development at Richards, Layton & Finger, the first firm in Delaware to have such a position. In this role, Megan, herself an attorney, develops in-house programs designed to educate new lawyers and keep experienced lawyers current in their fields. Megan also welcomes the firm’s summer associates, orients them to the practice of law, monitors their workload and assignments, and introduces them to the community. Before working in professional development, Megan worked as an associate in the firm’s Corporate Litigation Group.
While attending law school, Megan served on the editorial board of the Virginia Environmental Law Journal, which published her note, “Veggie Libel Meets Free Speech: A Constitutional Analysis of Agricultural Disparagement Laws.”
Megan is also active in the community, having coordinated events on a volunteer basis for organizations including the Delaware College of Art and Design, the Delaware Art Museum and the Ministry of Caring.
