John H. Knight focuses his practice on representing debtors, secured creditors and other parties in interest in chapter 11 cases. John is a director in the firm’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Department and leader of the substantive nonconsolidation opinion team.
John has served as counsel to numerous chapter 11 debtors in varied business segments. He also has an active secured lender practice, representing the prepetition or DIP lender in many large chapter 11 cases.
