Jeffrey Moyer is vice chair of the Litigation Department and assistant general counsel to the firm. His varied litigation practice has led him to try cases in all of Delaware's state and federal courts. Currently his practice focuses primarily on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation.
Jeff has represented some of the world's leading technology companies in intellectual property and licensing disputes in the Delaware District Court and the Delaware Court of Chancery. He also has represented clients in some of the largest civil cases brought in the Superior Court of Delaware. Jeff regularly speaks on litigation practice and ethics, and he contributes to several of the firm's publications concerning litigation practice in Delaware.
