Daniel L. Klein

Daniel L. Klein is the chair of the firm’s Real Estate Group. He specializes in complex business transactions and in public/private joint ventures.

A member of numerous professional organizations, Dan is active in the local and national bar and has earned Martindale-Hubbell’s highest AV rating.

Representative Experience

• Represented the City of Wilmington in privatizing the city-owned waste-water treatment plant, the largest such privatization in the country at the time
• Represented one of the largest regional banks in Delaware in developing, joint venturing and leasing the largest office building built in Wilmington in the past 15 years
• Represented the City of Wilmington and the State of Delaware in the development of the city’s minor league baseball stadium
• Represent various local and national lenders in regard to the making of new loans as well as workouts and asset recoveries
