Brock E. Czeschin represents Delaware corporations and alternative entities, and their directors and managers, in complex litigation matters. He also regularly advises clients with respect to governance and transactional issues relating to Delaware corporations and alternative entities. A director in the firm’s Corporate Department, Brock has litigated numerous matters involving alleged breaches of fiduciary duty, control issues and breaches of contract in the Delaware Court of Chancery.

- Baker v. Impact Holding, Inc., 2010 WL 2979050 (Del.Ch. July 30, 2010), aff’d, 21 A.3d 596 (Del 2011), represented company in successful defense of advancement claim, including argument before the Delaware Supreme Court
