We have an active Pro Bono and Community Service (PBCS) Committee, which has defined the purposes of our program as follows:
- Ensuring that the Richards Layton reputation and brand have a prominent and growing community service and pro bono component.
- Being a valued member of our Delaware community, resulting in relationship building with individuals, public officials, organizations and institutions throughout Delaware and beyond.
- Building trusted relationships inside our firm.
- Serving as an example to associates throughout their recruitment and in their development and retention.
- Serving as a relevant training ground for lawyers of all experience levels.
- Believing that members of a profession should “give back” to the community in which they serve.
